- Dr. Kozhaya Sokhon completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Staten Island University Hospital in New York and subsequently completed his Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Sokhon pursued further training in Electrophysiology as well as in Interventional Cardiology at SUNY Down-state Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and graduated with High Honors. He is an excellent clinician and highly trained in invasive and interventional procedures. Dr. Sokhon is an eloquent speaker on many subjects in Cardiovascular Disease and medicine and he has a specialized interest and passion in preventing sudden cardiac death as displayed in his impeccable clinical skills and acumen.
- Dr. Jean Ekwenibe graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Microbiology in 2002. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and subsequently completed her internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Ekwenibe joined the cardiology faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center as an assistant professor in February 2013, and currently serves as the echo lab director at LBJ General Hospital. Dr. Ekwenibe is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, echocardiography and vascular ultrasound interpretation
- Dr. Walter Pollo is a cardiologist in Houston, Texas and is affiliated with Houston Northwest Medical Center. He received his medical degree from University of Buenos Aires and completed his fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Baylor University Medical Center, Dr Pollo has been in practice for more than 20 years and specialized in diagnostic and interventional cardiology
